Online Bestellung / ONLINE ORDERING
1. Go to website www.blancamelendez.com /Auf www.blancamelendez.com (oder www.blancamelendezphotography.com)
2. Click on "SHOP" on the menu /Auf "SHOP" anklicken
3. Introduce the Gallery-ID and press LOS /Galerie-ID eingeben und auf LOS klicken
4. Enter the Password to continue / Passwort eingeben
5. This is the gallery where you can see all your images / Hier können Sie alle Ihre Bilder ansehen
6. You can select one image and click in the shopping cart (KAUFEN) / Sie können auf ein Bild klicken und dann auf auf KAUFEN klicken
7. Or you can click on "Fotos zum Kauf auswählen" select all the ones you want to purchase and click on "Alle X Fotos kaufen" / Oder Sie können auch "Fotos zum Kauf auswählen" anklicken, Sie auswählen alle favoriten und danach klicken Sie auf "Alle X Fotos kaufen"
8. If from the gallery you click on the individual images, it takes you to this view where you can see them larger. On the right hand side you can see a list of the products (if there are more than it fits on the screen, click on ALLE PRODUKTE ZEIGEN) / Just click on the photo you want and then on the product and it will be added to your Cart. If you want to buy a package (Photo folder or digital package, read further)
Wenn Sie auf ein einzelnes Bild auf die Galerie anklicken, können Sie hier die Bilder in grosser Format anschauen. Rechts sehen Sie die Produkte (Falls es mehr Produkte gibt, die auf das Bildschirm reinpassen, dann können Sie auf "ALLE PRODUKTE ANZEIGEN" anklicken). Klicken Sie auf das Foto, die Sie wollen, dann auf dass Produkt und es wird direkt in Ihre Einkaufswagen hinzugefügt. Wollen Sie eine Mappe oder Digitalpaket einkaufen, lessen Sie weiter.
9. For individual products, you just add then to the shopping cart. And you keep adding products until you want to check out. Abzüge können Sie in die Einkaufswagen hinzufügen, wenn Sie fertig sind einfach zur Kasse gehen.

11. When you want to check out, just click on ZUR KASSE and follow the instructions. At this stage you can also edit the crop of your images as desired
Wenn Sie fertig sind aud ZUR KASSE anklicken und die Anweisungen folgen. Hier können Sie auch den Schnitt Ihres Bildes ändern.

12. Register to follow-up on your oder. Enter your contact information, this is necessary to follow-up on your orders and to issue your invoice. /
Registrieren Sie sich und geben Sie bitte Ihre Kontaktdaten ein, so können wir Ihre Rechnung erstellen.
13. Please confirm this is your shipment address. If you are ordering from a Kindergarten and there is a delivery date, don't worry, your photos won't be sent, you can confirm PICK-UP vs. SHIPMENT at a later step. / Bitte bestätigen Ihre Adresse. Falls Sie von eine KiGa/Schule bestellen und ich habe einen Liefertermin vereinbart, Ihre Bilder werden nicht versendet. Sie können auch später zwischen SELBSTABHOLUNG oder VERSAND auswählen.
14. If you wish to get the photos shipped at home, click on shipping, otherwise, when you want to collect the photos at the Kindergarden/School, check IN-PERSON / KOSTENLOS
Wenn Sie die Bilder zu Hause erhalten wollen, klicken Sie auf die Versandoption, sonst können Sie die Bilder an den vereinbarten Termin in die Kindergarten/Schule abholen.
15. Enter a Gift Certificate Code if you have one, otherwise skip to the next page. /Falls Sie ein Geschenkgustschein haben, geben Sie es ein, sonst bitte weiter klicken.
16. Check one last time your order and then click on BESTELLUNG ABSCHICKEN / Überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung noch ein letztes Mal bevor Sie es abschicken.
17. You will receive immediately a confirmation with a number ZF-XXXXXXX , you will also receive it by e-mail. /Sie bekommen sofort eine Bestätigung mit eine Bestellungsnummer: ZF-XXXXXXX (und ich bekomme auch Ihre Bestellung!), diese bitte ausdrucken.
18. You can send your BANK TRANSFER to this account number / Sie können den Betrag an folgendes Konto überweisen und die Bilder im Kindergarten abholen (Termin wird in Kindergarten kommuniziert):
